Cores (old carburetors or throttle body injectors) become our raw material and are essential to our ongoing business. We request that cores are returned as soon as possible but must be returned within 30 days to receive full credit.
 
Customers are required to make a core deposit at the time of order. The deposit is refunded when the core is returned to us within 30 days from the date your order is received. We pay the shipping cost of returning the core to us. A check will be mailed when the core is returned within 30 days. No refunds will be processed for the cores returned after 30 days.
 
Your core should be enclosed along with a copy of your invoice in the box from the product you received from us. The original packing materials should be reused to prevent damage to the core during shipment. We provide a prepaid return UPS shipping label with all of our products. The UPS return shipping label should be adhered to the outside of the box. The box can then be returned via any UPS drop box, UPS Store or authorized UPS location convenient to you.
 

Core Credit Requirements

 

To receive full credit:

• Carburetor and throttle body cores must be assembled and in rebuildable condition.
• Carburetor and throttle body cores must be complete without missing or broken parts.
• Carburetor and throttle body cores must be exactly the same as the replacement product purchased.
• Carburetor and throttle body cores must be returned in the box from the replacement product and packaged to avoid shipping damage.
• Carburetor and throttle body cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The following examples are not eligible for full credit:

• Carburetor or throttle body cores with cracked castings.
• Carburetor or throttle body cores with frozen bases or frozen choke assemblies.
• Carburetor or throttle body cores that are water damaged.
• Carburetor or throttle body cores with broken or missing parts.
